Printing Help

Is there anyway I can print directly from Pro/E instead of using windows print manager. I have a HP LaserJet P1006 printer. and also i have HP designjet 500 Plotter.Now Every time we are using windows print manager to print the drawings.


here is my .PCF file for the printer which is connected directly to my machine.

I'm able to get the printer laserjet_1 from the pull down menu.But when I execute printing nothing happens.


I"m sure there is much more to do inorder to make it work. All your comments/suggestion are appriciated.

I think your plotter command is not right. I'm not sure of the exact nomenclature for a printer connected directly to your machine, all our printers/plotters are networked. Here is a typical line for one of them.

plotter_command windows_print_manager \\GVLEX1\GVL28124
