Print problem in Text

Hi,
I have recently created a .frm file for process in our
organization. and i took C type template from pro e
database. but when i enter the test its too large. and
tables also. further while reducing the text size its gets
filled with black layers. I constantly need to change the
text formats to see the text. also while printing the text
will appear as a series of black spot.

I think i have wrongly taken the template C from proe
database. Kindly help me to solve the issue.
