Positioning of Dimensions

Can anybody tell me how to make the dimensions(all) positioned at the centre of their dimension line(by default).

but seriously there is an option to cleanup the dimensions. A bit cumbersome but it might improve the position for you. Give it a try:

while in the drawing...

edit-->cleanup-->dimensions-->cosmetic tab
tick the box to center text

takes some getting used to...
