Plastic Advisor problem

Hope someone here can help with a problem we are experiencing....


When a user opens a part and then tries to select Plastic Advisor from the Applications tab, they get an error message stating "Application Pro/PlasticAdvisor is not installed". However, Pro/Plasctic Advisor is a floating module in our license pack and the user has it as an available option for them to use. It also shows as the license being in use if you run the ptcstatus command.


Any ideas as to what is the issue or what I'm missing?

Sorry.... sometimes you need to step back away for a few minutes... found the problem in the set up options
