Part Library?

I'm not even sure where to post this question.
The only class I have ever had on this program is through a week long Fast track to ProE. I'm not an engineer. So I dont' know all the terminology either. So I apologize in advance if I Sound stupid.
I was tasked with making parts libraries out of this Aluminum structures Book.
Modeling I have little trouble with. till I got to aluminum Angle with Equal sides.
I model the first one in the list and then try to fill out the family tree.
Turns out the first piece has a tip radius of .125 and a leg thickness of .125
Not a problem , But the next one has the same radius on the end and a thickness of .25" Problem is this means it needs a Short .125" Line at the end of the leg.
If I try the second one and make that line 0 in the tree it screws it all up.
Any suggestions or know where I can just down load all these Libraries for Aluminum Extrusions?
Thanks
Tom

I'm assuming you made a skecth of the angle with the radius feature as part of the sketch. Remove the radius from the sketch and apply it as a separate feature.

Thanks kdem
Thats what I just couldn't think of. One of them problems you look at too long to see the obvious.
I'm sure I will be back here again.
