Opening WF 4.0

When I try to open my WF 4.0 it gave an erro messaged (see clip)
I don't know how it comes.
Can someone help me pls

Is the mac address listed in the clip correct?
You get it with the command "ipconfig -all" in the DOS window.

Or your license file is either invalid or in the wrong directory ?

The same Skint I really don't know how to it, if it is in the wrong directory
