one setting problem of drawing with 4.0

I have been searching all the options to change the drawing from the right part of theimage below to the left but cannot find it~

Can anybody give me a little suggestion?

I'll be waiting for the kind gentleman ~

In WF 2.0, We have this option...(View > Drawing Display > Edge Display > Wireframe ) then you select edges. But I don't have idea in WF 4.0.
It may be help you..
