NX Open

I want to learn the NX Open programming, preferably in VB.net Can any one help me? or suggest any books or reference (except NX help file). I badly need it.

Do you have the UGS license? and how about visual studios IDE? I am no expert by any means but have done some VB.net and may be of some limited help.
