nice simulation

I think that they have used some CAD program for modeling and assembly and than import to some other software for Hi-End Design for rendering and animating....something like Alias Maya,Alias Studio Tools, 3D Studio MAX or Cinema.. They used some plugins for import whole assembly..anyway...it is excelent work
