New Ref Diameter Dim in Section View

In general how do I go about creating a diameter dimension in a section
view where the section cut is the same plane as the revolve section?
For the specific dim I am trying to create I need to show the
diameter to a theorhetical intersection point on the model.
Please take a look at the picture below. I am trying to get the
98.0 dimension.

You should be able to show the modeldimension in the drawing.

This dimension does not exist in the model. I am trying to create a New Reference dimension of this type.

You just create a ref dim using intersect points placed vertical. It will not have a diameter symbol but you just edit the text and add the symbol.

Ok - I have the dimension created now - how about the Datum tag?
I have a datum axis defined but am unable to place the tag "in dim"
using this dimension. Any suggestions on this?
