Need Relations/Parameters & Pro_Program tutrials

Does anyone have a tutorial they would share on using relations and parameters. Also for Pro_Program.
I can't find anything that explains how to use these features to their full potential. Please help.
I am going crazy trying to figure out how to use relations and parameters.
