Have a Creo Mechanism question. Work colleague has a sub assembly (receptacle) in which he has assembled a plate onto a pin which moves when the receptacle assembly is mated with another (plug) assembly. In the plug assembly, he also has components in there which move and have been set up with mechanism constraints to do so. Our question is, when we have the plug & receptacle (2 sub-assemblies described above) in an assembly and have the plug as a mechanism constraint so that it will mate with the receptacle, can we then say that when the plug is so far in to the receptacle, the plate inside the receptacle starts to move. We are just talking drag at the moment...using the drag icon.
thanks
