mechanica licensing error 26

Has anyone ever got this message ("licensing error 26")when opening Wildfire 3.0 structural? We haveonefloating license on our server and the experation date is permanent (so I don't think it expired).The engineer that used this program is no longer with us to ask questions so I am hoping someone has had this issue before and can help.
