Line colors in drw formats

Hye all,

My requirement is that i want to set custom colors to the lines in hatching, tables, page outlines, dimensions, notes etc.. which will match with my 2D software colors. Somehow I am not able to find a way to do it.

I want it to happen in every drawing by itself, so i want to customize my drawing format/template.

Any useful hints... anyone?
