is it possible to manufacture this tile

this is my first time to hand out my drawing for manufacture with nc or cnc.
so, i hope from your guys expertise ,i would like to ask, is it easy or not to difficult to manufacture this drawing with the machine because i drew a long groove or tunnel inside the part( see schnitt c-c)
