I had been trying to install ProE wildfire 2 in my laptopn (Compaq nc8230). It is having ATI Mobility Radeon X 600 display adapter. After installation when I try to run ProE, it is giving the follwing message.

Licence request failed for feature PROE_070782:-9:

Invalid host

The hostid of the system does not match hostid specified in licence file.

flexlm error: -9,57

Can anybody help in this matter. Is it because of two LAN cards? (wireless and ethernet card)

Jat_mad,

This is a license issue, check your MAC address. This address should match with your PTC license. Once they match up, you able to run the software. Hardware matter, what is your CPU and RAM speed. Able to run Proe WF V2.0, you need Intel P4 3.0 GHz or higher, 1.0Gb of RAM. I hope this information help you.

Good Luck,

Hoang

Hi,

This means ProE is looking for license.dat file. Its must be in the same directory as ProE.

Good luck,

Hoang
