importing .DXF and generating 3D model

Hi all, im new to ProE, and also Orcad layout (to those of you familiar with that). My problem is:

- although i can 'print' a layout from orcad layout as a .DXF, and open that file in ProE, as a part or as an assembly, the information contained only allows the generation of a 2D plan view of the PCB (even though sufficient data should be contained to generate a 3D model.

Question...

- How can I build a 3D model of my PCB, using only the data contained within the .DXF

Thanks in advance to anyone whom can help,

Regards
