How to make Super & Subscript in notes

My problem is how to make super&subscipts in notes(2<SUP>nd</SUP> ). If anyone knows please reply.

To create superscript: @+TEXT@# you enter what you want in the TEXT portion. For subscript just replace the + with a -.
