How about PDMLink9.0?

PDMLink isone of the fastest growing Winchill PLM Module apart from others like MPMlink or Project link. PDMlink is exclusively for adding Life cycles and Workflow capability in the existing PDM apart from including collaborative design, configuration management, design outsourching and variant design & generation capability.Till now PTC had Pro/Intralink which will become obsolute soon and all data from it wil be migrated to PDMlink.

If you were using Intralink 3.4 and you are going to Intralink 9.0 ... you will be very disappointed, as it is much slower using a webserver and much of the Intralink 3.4 functionality has been removed

It's true that PDMLink 9.0 is mysteriously missing some nice Intralink functionality, but we are hearing that 9.1 adds back in a lot of these things, better to go to 9.1.

PTC stated over 2 years ago when 9.0 was released that most of the functionality of Intralink 3.4 would be in 9.1 M020, I think. There was something they could not get into the F000 build of 9.1 that customers wanted.

At this point, migrating from 3.x to 9.1 is the way to go and forget about 9.0 all together.

PDMLink and Intralink 9.1 are both web-based and to get decent performance, you MUST have a robust server. I had a 4 dual-core CPU with 16GB of memory and with 50 users performance was OK on most operations. The Oracle server does not have to as powerful. We had our data files on a network disk farm.
