I noticed a strange behavior of my Creo Parametric 3.0 M040 but I wasn't sure if it was normal or not since I didn't use Pro/E for a while, now I got a proof that's a issue.
If you look at this video Tutorial: Sketched Based Features and Dimension Draggers (PTC Live Global '15) at a certain point the operator selects a coordinate system from the model tree. Coordinate systems are hidden in the 3D view, but when he selects it from the tree it gets a green highlight on the 3D view. It doesn't seem to work this way in my Creo, mayeb it's a graphic card issue (integrated Intel chip) or maybe there's an option somewhere in the config.pro to activate highlight of hidden datums?
