Help With Surface modeling

Hi all,
I am currently working on a surface modeling project of a rubber duck. The project consists of fairly simple boundary blends, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get about g0 continuity. g1 would be fine, but I keep getting errors when I try to make the surfaces tangent to each other in the boundary blend. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a pic of the surfaces I am trying to make tangent. When I switch the boundary condition to tangent, feature regen fails EDIT:I can get it to work if I don't include my second set of chains. Is that normal?:

If your curves are tangent, then your surface can be tangent.

When you did your BB , did you use the edge of the surface as a curve, or did you use a curve?

More pics, or upload the part!
