Feature reference params in item balloon?

I'd like to add a reference to a balloon in a drawing, for example, {0:&asm.mbr.cparam.WIRING_DES}. It shows up in the repeat region on the table just fine.

This is an assembly feature parameter, unique to the component itself

It cant be a model parameter, as there may be several identical components

with different wiring designations.

Any insight?

You can use &<param_name>:att_cmp to get to a parameter of the component to which the note is attached.

That is a cool optional thing to do. And I had done that as an experiment.

As I made a 'test' document in pro, I realized that the balloons for the item number and leaders for the wiring designation became a little too cluttered. I may have to do what you're saying and just lump it.

I still wonder if a balloon symbol may be able to do this as well

Thanks.
