feature of size

Question I have achassis and i use the bottom as datum A I use feature of size of the upright rail as DAtum B i use hole for shat on one side as datum C and the other side shaft hole as datum D. Her is my question I have holes in the uprightbrails Can I use the callout as B CD A. Where B is the feature of size.
