Exporting/Converting Pro prt/dwg in bulk

Currently our company protocol for exporting/converting small numbers of Pro E drawings to PDF/DXF is to use predefined map keys within sketcher. This system works fine when exporting low numbers of drawings, but becomes very time consuming when exporting large numbers of drawings for quote/production.

Is there any software available (PTC of third party) that allows you to export by directory/or in bulk?

For example: Software that you can point to a particular directory & then convert/export all Pro E drawings to PDF/DXF to another predefined export directory?
Is there also software that will do the same for converting/exporting Pro Part files to STEP/IGES in bulk?
Your advice would be very much appreciated.

You could use PRO Batch which is free as an add on with your PROE Engineer. It will do all what you are asking but it will tie up a PROE license when it runs

Sorry, but what do you mean by 'tie up a PROE license when it runs'. Do you mean that once Pro Batch kicks in, the user will be unable to work on anything else?

If your license is fixed then yes. If you have floating licenses and there is one spare at the time then you are OK. If you have a spare floating license at the time you can let PRO Batch run (it runs in non graphic mode) whilst you work as normal with the other license
