dwg. datum planes

When I open a drw the datum planes, axis. points.... are on. How can I keep them off when I open a drw?

In the model that the drawing is created from, (part, assembly, etc), put these features on a layer. Then in the drawing, hide these layers and then "Save Status". This will keep them from showing. In your drawing options, make sure that you have thesetting draw_layer_overrides_model set to YES.

In your config.pro:

axis_display no

display_cooridinate_sys no

datum_display no

datum_point_display no

No messing with layers required.

Bit if you set your config file that way, you will not see the any of the datums, axis, points, or cdrs while in "part" or "assembly" mode either. You wil have to turn them back on to see them and "use" them.

That's what the buttons are for.
