Dimensioning conflict in drw

Hi guys,


I have made a part and created an instance in family table.


The first made part is genric as we know and the instance is flat - as I had to show the bent and unbent/flat view in same sheet for dimensions.


Now my problem is I am unable to set the instance as current view and retrieve dimensions.


And if I set the instance as current still the generic is shown as current.

You can click on the instance in the drawing, right click and select use in model tree. Another way is to right click>properties>drawing model>set model> click the model. Hope this helps.
