dialog box problem

Is there a config option that controls the location of dialog boxes. Everytime a dialog box opens up, it appears off the screen to the right. I have to drag it over into view. I'm using WF 3.0. Anyone experience this?

You can make a mapkey that activates the dialog box and drags it to an ideal location like my Mapkey for sketcher constraints which drags it to a more reasonable location.
