cut along a curve

I am not sure how to ask this question. The best way I can think of to describe it is how a CNC mill would make the cut. If the work piece had diameter D and length L and was chucked in the 4th axis with the length of the part aligned with the x axis.. an endmill with diameter d is brought down into the workpiece for a depth of dp. After the cutter is dp into the work piece the workpiece is rotated 180 degrees while the endmill moves down the x axis for a distance of x. SO there would be a channel that rotates around the parts as it translates down the part.
My question How do I model that in ProE WildFire2?
