Cross section certain parts in assembly?

I have an assembly model that contains three parts. In my drawing, I would like to show a cross-section view that will section only two of the three parts.
(In my specific case, I wish to show the housing parts sectioned, and a bolt not sectioned so I can see the threads)

I've tried to find an option to do this but without success.

Can anyone help please?

Double click the cross hatching, use next part to get to the bolt. Pick exclude and exit. Regen the view and the bolt will not be sectioned.

I did try that, except didn't think to do a regen since the other xhatching option update in real time. Damn regen....
