Creo 5 workspace

Hi,

I'm new to the forum. We've just updated wildfire 3 to creo
in my company. Watching some tutorials now to see the improvements, i
noticed a new workspace with tabs similar to solidworks. When i open
creo5, my workspace looks like wildfire 3, i'd like to change it but
cannot find how to do so.
Anyone could help?
Thanks
Manu

What you have updated to is "Creo-Parametric 5" earlier
called as Wildfire 5, and not Creo 5. The latest Creo is
Creo 2.0.
Please check with your software vendor.

There is a "workspace" tab in PDMLink now. (It was always there before, but I never used it.) Click on it and you will see a list of your workspaces. Click on the checkmark to make that workspace the active one.

With the version 5 of Pro/ENGINEER PTC decided to rename the product family to Creo. While version Wildfire 5 was already out, PTC renamed it to Creo Elements/PRO 5.0, whereas the next version was called Creo 1.0. The last version on the market, however, is called Creo 2.0.

So, you are using "Wildfire 5" or Creo Elements/PRO 5 and not actually Creo (1 or 2).
