Creating drawing symbol...need help

I'm unable to create an offset placement for a new symbol. It's not an option from what I can see. I've searched PTC's site and came up with nothing. Funny thing is we have symbols we created about 2yrs ago that have the offset placement. The guy who created them no longer works for us.

I understand the offset placement to be a free placement relative to something else and moving with it. The free placement type would be what you use.

So try to open one of those symbols that guy created and see how he set the "symbol definition attributes" and do the same for yours.
