Creating a Greyscale Tiff file

Can anyone help me on this?

I'm trying to create a greyscale tiff image of a sheetmetal part
and I keep getting this message. Am I missing something here?

An error occurred while creating the shaded image file

I'm able to get a tiff snapshot of the model no problem but this is
in shaded colour/wireframe with background colour and i want it in
white background with black wireframe.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply sreeni,

but I'm looking for the background to be white and the model to be black with the model set to No Hidden.
These softwares aren't really what I'm looking for.

I'm working on WF2 and I'm sure the Tiff function worked on older versions of Pro.

It's getting very frustrating!!!!

Anyone else got any info on this?

Thanks again

I have never found the TIFF export function in ProE to be very desirable. I use a screen capture program as suggested by ecsreeni.

I use HoverSnap from www.hoverdesk.net

There are many others out there you can use also.

A screen capture program will capture exactly what is on the screen (or specific window), so to get a picture with a white background simply change your background color to white, ect.

It's a very easy foolproof way to get images from ProE.

I have used Print Screen deluxe to do this but the problem is that the image ends up in Grayscale.... It would be nice if the image was true black and white.
Has anyone done this successfully?
