It seems your .zip file is password protected.

you might specify which tool you want to utilize... to explain to you which tool to use and how to make that tangent might be too much for the fourm.

An easy way (without looking at your zip file) to force tangeny to something is to project a curve onto the surface and use boundary blend surface (four part boundary) ... right clicking on the white dot for tangency options. Hope this helps.
