corner relief disappears

To make a long story short, I created a solid, did a sheet metal conversion and choose shell, removed the surfaces I didn't want and added the corner relief's. I attached the flat pattern to show the reliefbut when I suppress the flat it reverts back to the "ripped" corner. Why doesn't it show?

The conversion tool in sheetmetal should only show you a relief in the unbend or flatpat state.

If you do need to see the corner relief in the formed state you can create an Unbend feature followed by a Bend Back feature. It works if you do need to show that detail, but in most cases it's additional work for something that is otherwise unnecessary.

I have one more question/problem. The unbend/bend back works great for showing the relief's except one corner. The "circle" is shifted. How do I shift it back?
