Check-in problem PDMLink

Hi et al,

Recently my company migrated Intralink 4.0 to PDMLink 9.1. Very first day after migration i am facing check-in issue. When i duplicate one part in the workspace (i.e Save as), i cant able to check-in the new parts that i duplicated. Two parameters conflict. What it could be the reason?
