RMB on drawing background>page setup>click on format name>down arrow>browse>look for replacment format>ok>the system will ask which tables you want to keep
What if you need to change the template after it's been used a few years. I have a template that was created 6 years ago. The titleblock info is a little outdated: scale, material specs, appr'd area ... I came into this with zero knowledge of WF3 & how it was created let alone editing. The PTC web help is good, sometimes, but I get bogged down in the searching alot.
