Anybody know of a method for replacing the base used in a form on a sheetmetal part?

I've got a part with a louver that's patterned. I rotated the louvers 90 degrees and need to resize them now. I can't just resize the currently referenced base because it is used by another sheetmetal part. I've saved the old louver base as a copy and resized the copy and saved under a new name, but how do I get the louvers to recognize this new base?

why dont you make a family table of the base and then just right mouse click on the fomr feature and REPLACE it?

You cancreate UDF of that form feature & U can replace.
