case sensitive object types?

hi all,


If I change a file extensions say, test.dxf to test.DXF, then this is not recognised as a valid object type in intralink 3.4.


How do you guys live with this?


because my suppliers send me always .DXF and not .dxf...


Should the admin add ".DXF" also in the object types ? crazy..
