can not group the features due to section

i have few datum planes that i want to group. but when selecting the all planes in model tree RMB group. it won't work. i get the message (as below)





yes i made a section A after datum B.


but now how should i redifine or reroute the section. so that i can group all the datums.

Create a Plane thru the existing planeand call it SECT_A. Redefine section A using the new plane and then group those features you show highlighted.
