Batch Printing

I have a group of drawings that I need to print (about 500). They are not in a workspace and are not in any sequential order. I do have a spreadsheet with the drawing numbers listed.


Is there a way to print these drawings automatically (in "A" size) from the commonspace? It has been suggested that I use Pro/Batch, but, alas, I am unfamiliar with Pro/Batch.

The last time I looked, ProBatch would only print the first sheet of a drawing.

As far as I know there is no way of doing it from commonspace. ProBatch is fairly easy to use but I believe that you also need to add them to a workspace first. We have an add-on for Proe that will do it but again only from a workspace. We also publish all our drawings to pdf format at point of release so that we can use other much more user friendly tools to batch print sorry none of this really helps you though
