Assigning Materials

Hi Folks,


I am trying to find out if we can assign materials within intralink which will automatically apply density, colour to the model? Is this possible?


Also i want to include the material parameter in the drawing border which is straight forward once the above is sorted i believe.

Not within Intralink. You can add them in ProE, and in Wildfire 3.0 you can assign a default colour to the material, which will assign itself to the model when you use that material file.


The material parameter in Wildfire 3.0 is PTC_MATERIAL_NAME, and can be used in the drawing border. Wildfire 2.0 & below can't do that.
