Assembly drawing-BOM

Dear Friends,


I am WF 3.0 user, finding difficult in creating Auto-BOM for assembly drawing.


I created Table & formated using Repeat Region...


Only part description is displayed in BOM. Pl find the image of the BOM table displayed...





even qty also not displayed. so i entered it manually...


can anybody explain how to get complete BOM ...?

Enter following Report Symbols in appropriate cells:
- for item: &rpt.index
- for quantity: &rpt.qty
- for user parameters: &asm.model.[name_of_user_parameter] (without brackets)

but still, index & qty colums not displaying anything....


Is there any other ways to do it...?

For repeat region you need to define only one row not whole table, i.e. when you define repeat region and you need to pick two corners of the region, you pick top left corner of a row and then bottom right corner of the same row. Pro/E will then automatically pull down other rows when you put this region to assembly drawing.

Is there anything to do with Attributes in repeat region...? so that the &rpt.index and &rpt.qty will display the data properly...


Can anyone help me out in this...!

Set the Attributes for repeat region to No Duplicates or No Dup/Level. When this is set to Duplicates, Pro/E won't show QTYs.
