Linear to Ordinate on Created Dimensions

Is it possible to change a created linear dimension to an ordinate dimension? I know how to do it with shown dimensions from the model, but I can't seem to do it with created dimensions on the drawing.

You can very well do it.

After creating Your require dimensions in drawing

Follow these steps:Modify>Dim params>Dim type>Ordinate dim>Create base & then select the dimension to be changed to ordinate & then select its witness line which you want to be the base, then u can go on selecting other dimensions in the same direction (X or Y) to change them to ordinate

Or you can do: Create Ordinate Dimension, base dim, pick your linear dimension and choose base and do the same for all others, than tools, clean dim.
