Got aquery from a colleague I'mtrying to solve. If I have an assembly with a drawing, BOM table and balloons on the drawing, can I make a family table instance within the assembly, copy the assy drg so as most of the BOM remains the same ?? Anyone know a technique

Stuart

Create your instance, make acopy of the drw.

Open the new drw and goto "dwg models" and use "replace", then you will be able to pick your instance.

(applies to Pro/E 2001, dont know if it's the same names in WF2 menus)
