    Post Wildfire 5 support

    Does anyone know when PTC will stop supporting Wildfire 5? My company won't upgrade until the support goes away.

    If you've got maintenance, take a look at the PTC product calendar:

    Support for WF5 / Creo Elements Pro 5 ended in September of 2015.

    That makes me really glad I don't need support. I'm still happily using WF3 and didn't even know that support had ended for it. I'm a lucky man!

    Wish I could say the same moldman, I went from Creo 2.0 back to Wildfire 5, UGH!

    Thank you Doug, I guess they won't upgrade anytime soon.

    The ending of support does not mean that they won't take your calls and answer questions. It just means there will be no software updates and bug fixes. I'm very happy using WF4 and waiting for a usable user interface (non click wasting ribbon).
