Need Help with modelling a wave circular platform for my school project.

I am currently trying to model out a circular platform that has up and down curvature as shown in the attached picture. I have tried sweeping a curve around a cylinder but it does not work out.

Help is greatly appreciated. PM me if you have any suggestions.

I've done wave washers by using a datum curve from equation and a variable section sweep referencing the curve.

interesting Dr_gallup! I always model my wavy washers using Sweep (former VSS) and a trajpar sin equation for control.

@Max, are you familiar with sweep using equations?

Sweep with equations sounds like a logical approach. You could also try to just model the top surface as a surface feature and use the Offset->Replace To Surface feature.
