Sub Assembly use in 2 assemblies, hide items in one and not the other

In Creo 2.0, I have a sub assembly that is used in 2 assemblies. I have 2 items I need to hide in one assembly. I am not wanting to create 2 separate assemblies for this. How can I do this or is it possible?

you can edit your repeat region table and exclude specific rows from displaying. they may still display in the drawing view though but you may be OK as long as you aren't flagging the part with a callout balloon.

Yes you can filter out in a repeat region or create a simplified representation then assign that rep to the BOM table. Or if it's just a display thing you're after, you could use component display under the layout tab. Blank it off or use a style option.
