Basic - ordinate dimensioning

I have to show a ordinate dimension with basic symbol. I could able to do the same but 'basic' box is falling on dimension line. Please find the below attachement and let me know how can I increase the gap between the basic-ordinate dimension and dimension line.
We don't want to change the dimension parallel to dimension line.(we would prefer ord_dim_text_orientation = horizontal)
