Installation of Proe WF5 fails on Windows 7 platform

Recently upgraded OS to Windows 7 while Mother Board needed replacement. I am having License file for Floating License on Windows XP. Renamed computer to old computer's name. Installed Flexlm server and used ptcsetup.bat file for initiating WF5.
WF5 failed to open with message as attached.
Donot have maintenance contract. Please help.

There is nothing attached.

Pro/E license files go with your Network Interface Card (NIC). It used to be and sometimes still is a separate card but on most machines today it is on the motherboard. You are going to have to run ptcsetup and chack the machine ID, if it does not match your license file you will have to send it to PTC and get a new license file.

Dedicated Lancard has been provided. Ensured that it is read before any other network card. Attachment did not upload but reproduced below:

Thanks for your reply. Dedicated Ethernet card from old system was installed in upgrade. It was ensured that its 1st in Ethernet listing. Despite this following was error message with no specific hint for failure:
