Turning cutting speed

Dear all,

I new to Creo machining-turning, therefore I have one question.

Lets say I am turning a simple bolt of two diameters, first one d1=90mm, second one d2=60mm (length is not so important right now). I have stock part round steel for turining. My first operation would be area turning.

In my case, there are two different diameters, therefore machine will have two different spindle speeds for this operation (and same cutting speed).

For operation input, I need three basic parameters:
-feed:
-step depth
-spindle speed

I get feed and step depth from tool/experience, lets say feed is 0.35 mm/r , step depth 2mm. Tool company program calculates cutting speed = 795 m/min. This speed must be constant for all diameters, therefore spindle speed must change.

But Creo insist on giving constant spindle speed (RPM) as my input, but NO cutting speed ?!?!

From turning view, this is NOT OK.

Is there any way to switch basic parameters, or am i doing something wrong.

This is a must for calculation of time for operation.

please anyone, this is really annoying
